Position Summary:

The Caregiver provides non-medical in-home care and support services to clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being while promoting independence and dignity.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
Companionship and supervision
Light housekeeping and laundry
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Transportation and errand assistance (as authorized)
Accurate documentation of services provided
Compliance with agency policies and state regulations

Minimum Requirements:

18 years of age or older
Ability to pass background screening
CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
TB screening (or ability to obtain)
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:

CNA or PCA certification
Previous home care or healthcare experience

Work Environment:

Client homes throughout Middle Georgia. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and assisting clients with mobility.
